ORDERING AND SHIPPING

To Earn A Discount, You Must Order in Case Quantity

In order to serve all customers better, we are implementing this policy to facilitate easier, quicker order processing. All sales orders will be calculated on a per line item basis, in relation to full case quantity. Therefore, all line items which do not meet full case quantity will be invoiced at the published catalog price for that individual item and that line item will not be eligible for discount regardless of any previous or current discount level achieved. Line items meeting full case quantity will qualify for any earned discount based on cumulative purchases as described in the discount schedule listed below. We sincerely appreciate your understanding of this policy revision and the convenience it will provide in simplified ordering, achieving desired discounts and, ultimately, the actual order fulfillment process. Note that we have provided substantially more information within the price list below to facilitate ordering. You will find case quantities, dimensions, weights, the individual item price, and the case price...along with extra columns...to allow this price list to be extended and utilized as a worksheet prior to utilizing the order form provided or your own purchase order.

Discount Program

Orders that subtotal at the following levels are eligible for discounts only when ordering in full case quantities:

$ 500 Sub-total of Items = 5% Discount*

$ 2000 Sub-total of Items = 10% Discount*

$ 5000 Sub-total of Items = 15% Discount*

Our flat rate pricing structure makes it convenient to purchase and you can easily earn 5-15% savings off your order(s). Once you meet a discount level (whether on your initial order or any subsequent order which adds to the cumulative total), we will honor that discount for the remainder of the calendar year.  Please note: Orders placed online will not reflect your discount. Discounts will be calculated on your final invoice .

* Discounts are available on products only and do not include freight charges. Discount calculated on individual line items. Full case quantities earn applicable discount; individual (broken case) items DO NOT.

* Discounts cannot be combined with sale items.

Holiday LiteSource, Inc. reserves the right, without notification, to limit or refuse a discount on any order processed.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Credit cards will not be charged until your order is processed for delivery. Business checks payable in US funds are accepted on a pre-payment basis only. Orders are held until funds have cleared, usually ten business days. Any check that is returned for non-payment is subject to a minimum return check collection fee of $35 US dollars. All attorney fees, collections fees and/or court costs that are the result of a NSF or returned check are the responsibility of the customer and must be satisfied before any future orders are processed. Please note: Finance charges for past due accounts are subject to 2% interest penalty per month, equal to 24% yearly. Net accounts that pay balance with credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Orders

Orders are not binding upon Holiday LiteSource, Inc., until officially accepted. Holiday LiteSource, Inc., reserves the right, without notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Additional information may be required to the acceptance of any order.

Minimum Order

Any order less than $100 will be charged an additional fee of $10.00 to process the order.

Rush Order

Orders that must be shipped within a 24-hour period may have a $25 Rush Fee applied to the order. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving and confirming order with the customer. This fee is only for processing time and does not include actual shipping time. Regular ground or express charges apply to the order. 

Processing Time and Hours of Operation

The need for timeliness in the seasonal decorating/retail business is paramount to success. When ordering, please keep in mind: MOST orders go out within 24 hours and many ship the same day whenever possible. The exception to this is when items are temporarily out of stock or during October, November and December. In order to better serve you, we ask that you PLAN AHEAD. Consider the time lost to weekends and holidays (especially the long THANKSGIVING holiday when freight companies are not operating). Our normal office hours August through December are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Orders can be received via fax, email and through our website 24 hours a day...7 days a week. ***We no longer accept orders via the phone*** We are CLOSED during the following times each year: The week of New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Spring Break for LISD (March 12-16, 2018), Memorial Day, the week containing Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day  and the Friday after, and the week containing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We are also closed on Fridays during the off-season from January 1 through July 31.

Products

Holiday LiteSource, Inc., may discontinue any product at any time without notice. We may substitute without notice a different brand with a similar product without prior notice.

Pricing

Prices quoted are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability of products. Holiday LiteSource, Inc., is not responsible for typographical errors. Possession of pricing offered from this website is not to be construed as an offer on the part of Holiday LiteSource, Inc., to sell the products listed at the prices shown. We will notify you if there are any price discrepancies before processing your order.

Sales Tax

The customer is responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, Holiday LiteSource, Inc., must collect sales tax for orders SHIPPED within the state of Texas. If you are in Texas, please fax or mail a copy of your sales tax information so we can process your order accordingly.

Delivery

If orders are received by 12 p.m. Central time, the in-stock items are normally shipped within a 24-hour period. During the heavy season, orders may be delayed up to 48-hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are delivered Monday through Friday via UPS or FedEx Ground transportation to most locations. Other shipping services may include Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select. Saturday Delivery may be available is select locations. All orders are shipped according to the method you have selected and if available at the time we process your order. In the event only some of the product is in stock at the time an order is placed, the available product will be shipped via your selected service and the backorder will ship via Ground service when stock is available. While Holiday LiteSource, Inc., will make every reasonable effort to ship your orders within these time frames, Holiday LiteSource, Inc., is not responsible or liable for any delay in receiving or completing your order that is caused by an event beyond our control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, civil commotion, act of God, war or other hostilities, acts or omissions of carriers, transmitters, phone companies, Internet Service Providers or Internet backbone providers or a failure, interruption or delay of the server or this Site caused by an event outside our direct control, including without limitation, power outages or attacks on this Site such as by persons known as "hackers." 

International Shipments

Currently, Holiday LiteSource, Inc., ships orders to addresses within the United States, US Territories, Canada, and Mexico. For customers seeking to have goods delivered to all other countries, Holiday LiteSource, Inc., requires the use of a U.S.-based Freight Forwarder of your choosing and full credit card or bank transfer payment in advance. Title and risk of loss of the products pass to you (the paying customer) upon delivery at the Freight Forwarder. 

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and Handling charges apply to all orders. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states and to orders shipped via your delivery method selected. In the event only some of the product is in stock at the time an order is placed, the available product will be shipped via your delivery selection and the backorder will ship via Ground service when stock is available. Shipping and Handling charges along with any charged freight are  NON-REFUNDABLE  in all occurrences with Holiday LiteSource, Inc.

Shipping

We utilize the following freight providers: FedEx Ground®, FedEx Express®, UPS®, U.S. Postal Service® and several LTL carriers. Over-size freight including pallet shipments will be shipped by motor freight. Residential orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery®, FedEx Express®, UPS® or USPS®. Unless a specific request is made, orders are shipped by standard FedEx® Ground. Your order should arrive within seven business days from the time it was shipped. Shipping rates displayed on our website are estimated only. Actual shipping charges will reflect on your final invoice after your order has been shipped. Partial orders will show a much higher rate because the shipping module best displays full case orders only. Understand oversized items may cost more than what is displayed on our website. Holiday LiteSource, Inc. reserves the right to bill the full freight amount regardless of the estimated freight charge on any order submitted on our website.

* All orders are shipped F.O.B. Lubbock, Texas. Requesting air or express services means your merchandise will arrive in the time frame specified after the product has been shipped. However, the order processing time and fulfillment may result in additional time for delivery.

* Dependent upon time of day order is placed and product availability.
